How to design great suspension for a street car?

what we have to know to design a suspension and how about the calculation?i really need the help from anybody

Unfortunately suspension design is an incredibly complex process that involves a lot of calculation based on the parameters of the vehicle in order to find needed spring constants, damping ratios, roll centers, roll angles etc.  It cannot be easily explained through yahoo answers.  Your best bet is to get a text book on suspension design or vehicle dynamics.  Unless you are a student in engineering or have a degree in engineering it will be very difficult to understand the calcs.  Look up the different types of suspensions out there such as the very popular McPherson Suspension design which is used on many street cars.  Sorry I cant tell you how to design a suspension over the internet, good luck.
