  1. try www.virtuesproject.com / www.bahai.org  - where u can  get insight into life.  then u understand the scheme of things and how we all fit in.  take a walk as often as u can, bring along a book. systematize / prioritize your studies.   when u get tired reading one thing, switch to another. in between watch a little telly and amuse yourself with your favorite program for less than half hours, then back to studies.  so u sorta disperse yourself into several areas and hopefully it works.  just sharing as it works for me.  take care

  2. Breathe.  Experiencing lots of activities/problems at once is normal.  In college, you will have several papers due within 48 hrs of each other.  All your tests will be clumped together. A life without bumps would be quite dull.

Make two lists - a short term and long term.  On the lists, write steps you can take to succeed in each of the upcoming events. Also, include a thought for each one.  The thought can be positive or it can focus on how not succeeding at the event will not be the end of your world.  No doomsday thoughts.

Google Buddhism and download some meditation talks.  Play them on your iPod when you are getting stressed.  If you are having trouble sleeping, play the cd Ocean Dreams.  It is soothing.
