  1. It's a boxing match, and not a fight?

Since you posted it in MA, I'm going to guess you mean a fight. Anyway, you have the bigger advantage if your weight is from lean muscle and not fat. If you outweigh a guy who is 9 inches taller than you, you can probably deal a lot more damage.

Are you faster than him too? Most short guys I know move quicker than the tall ones. Your best bet without any sort of training is to close the gap, and slug away. Throw good punches, not crappy haymakers. If he is trying to bring it to the ground, you should be able to read this before it happens. He is way too tall to try and grab your legs without you having ample time to get ready to sprawl or crossface him. If he tries to grab your upper body, don't let him get under/over hooks, and back away. Remember, if he wants to go to the ground, he has to get close enough to you that he's thrown away his advantage.

  2. grab them with your two fingers  in the koller boe and say come here b*tch i wanna talk to you! ps pull hard

  3. there is a danger in boxing someone who has longer reach and better foot work and faster hands than you. he will hit and run, jab you when ever you try to come in. eventually you will get knockout. Unless you are powerful and fast like mike tyson in his younger days.

Your best training would be not to gain more pounds but to lose any fat that you have. So, he is 155, if you cut yourself back to 155, you will be really lean, more power due to speed increase, and faster foot work.

Since you are shorter, i assume you have the strength advantage. but strength is useless if you can hit someone.

In the gym do lighter weights but higher repetition and greater intensity. Eg.

1st set, light weight, 30 reps. rest 1 minute

2nd set, medium weight, 20 reps rest 1 minute

3rd set heavy weight, 10 reps, rest 1 minute before move on to other exercise. Train all your muscle, higher intensity and concentrations for those directly involves in combat such as chest, triceps and most of your legs muscle and abs.

    power Bag works.

after a few minutes of warm up:

do 30 jabs with your left, takes your time between each jabs, start off first 10 with moderate power, next 10 jabs with more power and your last 10 jabs should be on max power, as hard as you can punch.

rest for one or two minutes, 30 jabs with your right jabs.

    then, 30 for left cross

    then 30 for right cross

    30 for left hook

    30 for right hook

    30 for left upper cut

    30 for right upper cut.

    Speed bag works.

    take a stance, punch:

    1. jab, cross, jab

    2. cross, jab, cross

    3. jab cross, jab

    etc,... to 10.

Then, change your stance and do it again.

do the same with your hooks, and upper cuts.

also, learn to do a few head butt, be careful , you may stuff up your neck if you are not doing it properly. Ask someone knows how to do it. similar to head butting a soccer ball.

it will come in useful in a clinch. Also throws in a few knees to the groin bag training.

    Combinations bag works.

just do this combo and do it as fast and as hard as you can.

    1. jab, cross, hook, hook, uppercut, grape bag with both hands and knee the bag (sometimes with front knee, and sometimes with back knee), and head butt.

you can change it a little to make it more dangerous by putting in some elbows. eg.

    2.  jab, cross, elbow, elbow, and uppercut-elbow, grape bag with both hands and knee the bag (sometimes with front knee, and sometimes with back knee), and head butt.

do this combo 10 times with the same stance and then change your stances to do it again.

    Endurance and intensity bag works.

since this is not a 3 minute round fight.

    1. Punch non stop with the above combo for 10 secs, rest for two minutes.

    2. Punch non stop with the above combo for 20 secs, rest for two minutes.

    3. Punch non stop with the above combo for 30 secs, rest for two minutes.

    4. Punch non stop with the above combo for 40 secs, rest for two minutes.

    5. Punch non stop with the above combo for 50 secs, rest for two minutes.

    6. Punch non stop with the above combo for 60 secs, rest for two minutes.

Just build it up to 6 sets. just do the 10 secs to 30 secs first, and build up the next time to 40secs.

In 10 secs you should be able to throw at least 40 hard punches and this should be enough to knock him out. if not well, in 20 seconds you should be able to throw at least 80 hard punches, and that should knock him out. One minutes, you are looking about at least 200 punches and really you properly don't need that many. but just in case if you get hit and that can decrease some of your energy.

    Workout days.

day 1. morning. use running as warm up for 5 minutes. do gym for 1 hour.  Go for a 20 minutes run in the afternoon.

day 2. morning. use running as warm up for 5 minutes. do gym for 1 hour (work on different muscles).  Go for a 20 minutes run in the afternoon.

Day 3.  run for 5 minutes as warm up. Do power bag works and speed bag works, then combinations bag works.

Day 4. run for 5 minutes.  do Endurance and intensity bag works. go for a 20 minutes run in the afternoon.

day 5. rest  and start your training with day 1 for the next day.

I also suggest you should start taking boxing classes to increase your skills level.

    Your strategy for fighting.

    1. forget about being defensive, unless you are good at counter attack, but you need lot of training to be effective. Don't give him time to think or to prepare. don't even bother to fake ( because while you are faking, he could rush in with a counter and you will be in defensive position). Just rush in and throw you combinations that your have be work on for weeks. and keep on aiming for his chin and no where else, just focus you eye on that chin as if you will win a million dollars if you hit his chin. he will have no time to counter attack you because your combinations is just too fast. You don't have to defend because if you don't give hm a chance to attack. you hit him non stop.  Your hits would be 3 times more harder than his, because you have been training seriously for weeks. They are a lot faster too, because you went over that combo over and over again for hundreds if not thousands of times. Your change of wining is much greater. Don't forget to keep you chin down and harden your neck to embrace any hit to your chin. and the hand that is not hitting should be guarding your face/chin. Don't forget the elbows, knee to groin and head-butt. Always remember to never ever move back wards!!!! if you are too close, grab him and knee his groin and head butt him. don't move backward because that will give him a chance to start his combo. If he can handle all that combo non stop for 60 seconds, well, he is a better fight than you. Just run.  Good luck.

  4. well dont really know bout boxing but i do mma all i do is kneww him the face and jab then knee again and they usually out unless they get my side first thats my weak spot

  7. Stay close, stay close, stay close.

He has an obvious reach advantage, you have more power than him at close range, if he can't extend his arm, he's not getting a full blow.

If he steps back, you step forward, don't let him get to a place where he can pummel you and you keep swinging a few inches in front of his face.

  8. Stay in close and engage in infighting. Be quick.

Have fun and post it on YouTube
