Question:

How to develop enthusiasm for life?

I was just getting bored of my life so can anyone suggest some solutions please? thank you.

  1. Sometimes you have to change the life you planned in order to find the life you were meant to live.  

    That was a vague answer wasn't it.  After thinking about your question I can't help but wonder if you might be suffering from mild depression.  You really need to consider having a complete physical to rule and  problems like that out.  Also, I'd highly recommend that you eat only healthy foods (lots of veges and fruits) and exercise (make it a priority) even if it's just a 30 minute walk every day.  Take a multi-vitamin and get at least fifteen minutes of sunshine on your skin each day.  Give this time - about six weeks before you'll see a change in attitude.  My last advice is nothing makes us feel better than when we are helping others.  Volunteer somewhere... even if it's just once a month.  There are so many, many people who need help and you will be rewarded in more ways than one.

Hopefully you're not falling into depression.  Why not find out through a professional who can analyze your problem and offer treatment.  It's a shame  cz you're too young to be bored in this day and age.  find out why you're feeling this way by talking about it to close friends or your parents.  

  3. find a hobby!! something you can look forward to doing... Life can be inane if you go through the same motions every day... work..eat...sleep etc

    if you're single you can look up singles events or groups where singles get together (in a non-dating atmosphere) to do things together. they even have singles cruises.

    painting, online gaming, ultimate frisbee, kickball or softball leagues, maybe even volunteering somewhere like at the YMCA or a soup kitchen or something.
