How to develop hand eye coordination?

My hand eye coordination is very bad please help me

Play first person view shooter games like counter strike

Learn instrumnts like guitar and piano or violin, you will learn the coordination as you learn the instrment

Hand instruments (guitar, piano, bass, drums), fast paced videogames (I am seriously suggesting elite beat agents), or even trainer programs would work.Typing is another good one. As well as sports like... Hockey, basketball, lacross (super good for what you are looking for) and perhaps vollyball.

They're are actually "games" on the computer that you can do and it helps a lot just google hand eye coordination training

or get that game for the DS. Hope this helps.
