I'm 17 and I used to be overweight. I run about 2 miles a day and I have been weight training for about 1 year. Now, I'm down to a healthy weight (170) and I am not sure how to make my pecs and abs more developed and toned. There seems to be an inner tube of fat which I can't lose. Should I keep working out or try to lose more weight? any suggestions? I have been doing bench press, flys, push-ups to develop my pecs and various exercises to develop my abs.
