special code for mobile access: 1

the area code: for example 55 for Mexico City

then telephone number: xxxx-xxxx

so u dial:

xx-52-1-yy-zzzz-zzzz

or

xx-52-1-yyy-zzz-zzzz

where:

xx is the international prefix for your country

yy is city area code in Mexico (55 for Mexico city)

zzzzz ; telephone number

some cities have 2 codes for area code and then 8 digits for telephone number.  Some other cities have three digits for area code and seven digits for telephone number.
