How to dial a phone from a laptop?

i am in a prepaid reload business using mobilephone, writing down coustomers phone num in a book then dialling makes my work slow n makes mistake due to coustomers handwritting. i would like to knw if there is a way to key in coustomers number in laptop n dial it from laptop to my prepaid mobile phone?

You can install your phone's PC Synch Mobile Phone Suite Software in your laptop. Connect your phone to your laptop via USB. You can upload/download the phonebooks from your phone or vice versa. You can dial and send messages from your laptop, too. I don't know if your phone has this feature though.
