You do it with love.

Start by removing the cushions.  This should reveal the structure, and you'll see if it's welded or bolted.  If bolted, you'll need a wrench.  If welded, you'll need some heavy-duty metal snips.

It would  be dismantle.... and why the h**l would you like to dismantle your seat... planning to jump out of the plane...eh???
