How to dissolve regular paper?

my friend rigged my locker with printer paper a little ball but i dont want it rigged wat would dissolve the paper or get it out?

please help

For the acid treatment, HCl will basically (no pun intended) do little more than plain water.  On the other hand, sulfuric acid will dehydrate the cellulose and cause the paper to disintegrate.

paper is relatively weak. You may not need to dissolve it. You could use water to soften it, or a flame to burn it off.

But a concentrated acid would dissolve it, 3M HCl, did the trick for me.

and on the other hand acid might be a little rough on your locker, try the water with maybe a little soap
