How to do 'Scene hair'?

Right now my hairs bright pink but you know how 'scene peoples' hair is all poof on top then is really straight on the bottom I wanna do that except that my hair is all one length and I really don't want to get layers can any one tell me how to do that hair style with out layers? Please and thank youu(:

just tease it a lotttt. i have scence hair but my layer grew out and i just leave it curly mostly now.

make it straight and then tease and use hair sprey and lift with your fingers and blowdry and tease. good luck. I want pink hair!!

hairspray and then tease the roots of your hair with a comb. hairspray again and then just kinda play with your hair.

basically to get the exact look, you NEED layers.

it wont look like it without layers

it would look bad without them it will looks just big and not brushed but if u have the short layers it makes it look good

back-comb you hair,back-comb you hair, and BACK-COMB YOU HAIR!!!!

just do that in seperate layers until it LOOKS as if you have plebty of layers
