How to do I make it so I can do this on My desktop?

I Would like the Icons on my desktop to not be shared with the other people who are on the computer. I am running vista on my computer.

Anyways, I have several users on the computer, and would like it so my desktop Icons are not on anyone Else's. I also need it so I can delete some Icons on my desktop with out deleteing them off of the other user.

if you create shortcuts with admin permission, for example while installing stuff your shortcuts will be shared.

if you create shortcuts as an ordinary user they will not be shared.

if you wanna share files put them in ~\users\public.
