How to do Subtle make-up?

I usually wear eyeliner, mascara and pressed powder. Sometimes concealer and eyeshadow, too. ONE PROBLEM: This week, my dad thought I looked like a "w***e" so he wouldn't allow me to wear make up all week...Tomorrow, I will see my crush at church, and I always wear make up to church,but my week of "no makeup" isn't over yet.... And I don't feel pretty w/o makeup on (heck,I'm still not pretty w/ makeup on)!Um, so...... My question is, any ideas for how I can wear my makeup really subtley so my dad won't notice.....Like, COMPLETELY natural looking eye makeup...That excentuates my eyes, but doesn't look like I'm wearing any.

you could try a tiny bit of powder on your face, just to even everything out.  and if you think your dad will notice too much eye makeup, you could just curl your eyelashes a lot so that your eyes look more open and brighter, without the makeup.  good luck!

omg ! where powder and fake lashez or maybe keep makeup in your pockabook and some wipes and when you come home wipe your makeup!!!!   good luck

use pinks and purples no eye liner not to much mascara and lip gloss

Use very light dusting of powder, you might do it with a cotton ball & then swipe off the excess with a big brush. Do a color as close to your own lashes as possible, & don't use much of it. Also with your cheeks & lips. NO gloss either, Ask him if he will allow gloss tho. that's always pretty.

I am not advising in any way that you go against your fathers wishes tho.

really thin eyeliner,just on the inside of your eye only on the bottom, a little mascarra, really lightly just throw on some fondaion (just swirl, tap, and buff a litte to make your face even!) and some lip gloss.

p.s. dont let your dad call u a w***e!

okayy. umm

use some pink eyeshadow on ur eyelids and slightly line ur lower lashline with black eyeliner. if you have pink blush, dab some on the apples of your cheekz and finish it off with a nude or light pink lipgloss. =]

i am pretty sure that your makeup is not so horrific you look like a clown or a prostitute.  

i bet he said that because he sees that his little girl is growing up and is very beautiful.  by telling you to not wear makeup and tone it down he is trying to prolong your childhood (and protect you).  he knows that all the guys will soon be knocking at your door, if they aren't already.

This is an issue HE has to deal with. And the sooner the better. Sometimes you gotta fight your parents for your independence.  

Be smart though when it comes to dating.  Never let yourself be talked into doing anything you are not ready for! Guys are wonderful manipulators (but we can be too!)!!!

Mainly use a light touch, apply sparingly and blend. Only ONE coat of mascara skillfully applied . Personally I would stay away from the eyeliner, unless applied very lightly. My daughter has grayblue eyes and wears very litle makeup, however she does apply a very thin line of gray liner under her eyes and smudges it slightly. It's very attractive.
