How to do a Backwards walkover?

Okay, so i know how to go into a back bend,when i go into a backbend both of my legs are together or u could say spaced out, i tryed to do a back bend with on of my leading leg out, when one of my leg is out and i go into a back bend i always tend to fall for some reason it seems like its harder that way, it feels kind of weird, does anoyone know what im doing wrong?

  1. try to do a back bend with one leg and pull tht leg over


  2. When you are in bridge (back bend) can you kick over to stand yet. If not you need more shoulder fexibilty!
