I mean when I get into my bridge position, and kick off I either fall to the side, get up in the air, but then fall back into my bridge thing, or I fail miserably. What do i do? I mean I cant go into my bridge and kick over at the same time, or maybe i can...please help!

  1. Practice practice practice!  Work on getting a consistent handstand first though.  If you can't hold a handstand consistently without moving your hands there is very little hope of you kicking into it from a bridge to get all the way over.  Also work on your split.  If you get a perfect split this becomes MUCH easier.  Just do a back-bend, lift one leg up as far as it goes, hopefully a full split.  From here all you need to do is a teeny hop from your ground foot to get over.

Condition your stomach muscles.  That's all I got for ya
