    run as fast as you can

    then jump

    chuck your arms down and roll forward

    then u gotta land

  3. in the pool , i can only the the front but back is pretty much the same just backwards. ok first if u dont need to kick of just kind of start "jumping" up and down in the water and then when u jump up and then go down and flip  by pushing forward so u have enough energy to make a full flip . and important thing to remember is to ALWAYS ALWAYS blow out through ur nose in the process of flipping or else ur nose wil get clogged up . at first u might want to hold ur nose with ur fingers becaus eit might be easier but after a while  can starat blowing out. goold luck hope this helps

    ground: can't so sorry if that's what you're trying to do

    trampoline: front flip no idea for back flip

    summersault (sorry idk how to spell it!!)  then handstand summersault then do a little jump with summersault.  then jump with handstand summersault then keep doing it until ur comfortable without hands and ta-da!!

    diving board :front

    jump up, throw your body and hands down, grab a tuck with your hands and put them on your knees and hold on then kick out

    back:

    stand back wards on the board jump up, throw your head back and bring your legs up and grab a tuck then kick out.

  5. I'm guessing on the diving board because it's in this section right?

    FRONT FLIP:

    1.)  Stand on the rubber-band on the diving board, or about 1.5 feet from the end of the board.  

    2.)  Put you arms above your head with your fingers intertwined.

    3.)  Take one jump to the end of the board and one really high, powerful jump off of the diving board.

    4.)  Once your feet come off of the board, swing them up above your head.  

    5.)  When you are completely upside down with your feet straight up above your head, bend your legs and slide your hands down to your ankles (still with your hands together)  Remember, chest to knees, not knees to chest.

    6.)  When you get right side up again, let go of your legs and straighten your legs and arms.  

    7.) Once you have one flip down, try for one and a half or two flips.

    TIPS:

    -when you tuck and grab, make sure you grab your ankles and not your knees.  If you grab your knees, it will pull you backwards.

    -put a mat on the side of the pool and do a somersault into the pool.

    -take a private lesson with a trained diving coach and you will have the front tuck.

    -DON'T DO IT IF YOU DON'T THINK YOU CAN!!!  IT CAN LEAD TO YOU HURTING YOURSELF!!!!

    -Have confidence in yourself!!

  6. Well,

    I can't do it... yet.

    But I can do it on a trampoline...

    First, on my trampoline,

    I basically did a handstand and flip over..

    then over and over,

    then I eventuly did it without my hands.

    (The easiest to do is a knee flip)

    Once you conquer those try it in water,

    like in a pool, on the ledge and get gradually higher when you get comfortable.
