How to do a back handspring at home with no trampoline?

i have to learn how to do a back handspring but i dont have a trampoline but i do have a big ball.

  1. first start getting the feel of arching your back with the ball, for a while until you get the feel. if you don't have your back handspring down, then go to your local cheerleading or gymnastics gym and they can help you. its very simple. once you have it and you want to practice it at home then get out the mattress on your floor and just throw it. or maybe a pull out couch. but make sure its a spring mattress.

    back handspring:

    you frist have to start with your hands up, swing down behind you, sit down like your in a chair, swing back and arch your back pointing your toes, reaching, then try to hit a handstand and snap down. i know it sounds a lot but its easy once you get it.

  3. start by doing backbends over the ball.

    i would work with a professional though. it would be safer and they have the right equipment.
