Hi, it is Nikhilesh from Jaipur. I am sales manager in LIC's corporate. You need to contact insurance companies first. Every co. is in need of big business, which they can get from broker. A broker should not be an individual, a regd. partnership firm or limited comapny can get brokership. A broker is fully authorized to get associated with as many companies as they want. Broker get good commission in first year and comparatively some low in renewals. You should develop good infrastructure to operate the business. You need a good team of executives and leaders. You should maintain good business between all companies. Overall a broker have vast area for work. As I am working with corporate, we have to work for single company. So..... ENJOY
