How to do a flip?

I'm into break dancing and i really want to learn how to do a flip, spin on your head, stuff like that but mostly a flip does anyone know how? or can you explain how to, to me? thanks a bunch!

first 4 the flip u just jump and throw urself forword. And to spin on ur head u just stand on ur head and spin urself right or left

to say the truth you actually cannot learn dancing on the b=net... you will need an instructor to guide you in it...some moves can be learnt on our own... look for the dance moves on youtube .. you can read some of it here:

there a a few links given at the end of these pages that will help you understand you more.... but go to a professional dancer to make those moves perfect..!!

i cant teach you this. you need to learn on the streets. thats where i learned.

you need lots of arm muscle or you will just end up hearting yourself.

you need to know how to do a hand stand. and be able to do cartwheels and somersaults.

you need to know how to jump really high.
