  1. here is what you do.

1:find a place in your house that you can use as a barre. ecamples are a couch, counter, dresser, etc.

    2:do the following steps:

use that "barre" as an actual barre and place your left hand on it, as you would at the bar, correct form, and don't hold to tight

plie, and lift your leg up demi onlair, about 1/2 way up, or knee height, and your right arm slightly bent in front of you

releve, and bring your leg to hip height, pointe your toes, and make sure your knee is straight, all in one swift motion. your arms are in second

bring into a passe, and rand de jame onlair 3 times, all without coming of releve. be sure your toes are pointed. all with your arms in front of you, slightly bent, or in second, your choice.

do a half turn, to face the other side and repeat, using the left leg. be sure to follow all the steps, pointe your toes, and use your arms the correct way.

when you feel cofertable, do this same thing, but away from your "barre"  start in either secong, or fourth plie, and do a whole turn. be sure to lend softly. once you have mastered 1, try two.

    best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the fouettes from Swan Lake:

You should try to do them without pointes to get the technique first and then try them on your pointe. They are really hard to get so get your abs tight and have a lot of practice.

    Good Luck!!!!!
