How to do a monologue?

Question

I need to know how to write a monologue about a character of my choice which would assess other characters in the book as well as themes, plot, etc

How many pages would a 3-4 minute monologue be?

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS FOR A BOOK, NOT A PLAY! THIS IS FOR SUMMER READING FOR LANGUAGE ARTS, NOT ACTING!

a 3-4 minute monologue should probaly be about a page and a half typed. you should choose the characteristic you want in your character and think of the central problem to begin writting

it should be anywhere between 1-2 pages. Then figure out what character you are going to use. Take notes on what that character is like. Then star writing and then think:

Did I capture how this character would act?

Is there anything else I can add?
