  1. put the front brake on slowly and gradually put it on faster through practice. oh and lean foward when stoppying.


  2. Get your bike up to around 40 and squeeze the tank with your knees while gently pulling the brake lever to load up the front,once you feel the initial dive squeeze the brake hard and push your weight forward then up she goes.As Barry says,practice off road with something light if you can.

  3. get going bout 20-30 then press the front brake

  4. Starting off put your feet straight out like your trying to touch the front wheel. Grab the front brake and lean forward. Be careful though cause it will flip easier this way. Once you've got the concept down do it with your feet on the pegs and work the front brake to keep it rolling.

  5. Practice on a dirt bike first then move up to a street bike.
