  1. Alt + PrintScreen (or Power button if u donot have printscreen button or ur keyboard)

  2. there is a button on the keyboard that will either say 'Print Screen' or 'Prt Scrn', if you press it is makes a copy of your screen, then you can simply paste it wherever you want using Ctrl+V

  3. download http://hypersnap.com/

  4. Look to the upper right hand corner of your keyboard for a button called "Print Screen." This takes a photo of everything on your screen. Open up an image software like PhotoShop or MS paint, and make a new document that is the same resolution of your screen. Then go to edit and paste or just press ctrl+v in the new document.

  5. PRTSCN key on your keyboard will copy the screen image to the clipboard.  Open Paint or any other photo editing program and PASTE the image.

The saved image can also be pasted in WORD.

If you have multiple windows open at the same time:  ALT - PRTSCN will only copy the top window.

IF the PRTSCRN button does not work try pressing the F lock or similar key on your keyboard to turn on the other functions of the keys.  Some keyboards have dual functions on the top row of keys.
