OK, I searched Google with "title pendulum" & got no obvious thing called a "title pendulum".

Maybe your best answer is to work on the English first?

If it is applied maths & to do with a pendulum, there are several weird pendulums. (pendula?)

I guess a pendulum swings with particular properties: Maths describes this. Is this your point?

The "simple", fixed length ones have some interesting maths if you look for it.  Depends on your level, but you might look for things about the period versus the length.

If you've heard of "phase space" you might want to search for that with pendulum as well.  This should get you a better description.

If you are after those further from the path most traveled, search "inverted pendulum", "Wilberforce", & maybe "duffing" with pendulum.
