How to do automatic localization of words in a Flash menu?

Question

I've got this Flash menu in a website to be translated from Spanish into English. I want to make both ES and EN web page to show the same menu, but display different words in each language.

For example: when you go into the Spanish version, the Flash menu shows the item "Puntos de Servicio", and then when you go into the English version the menu is the same file and the same item, but it shows "Service Points". Is this possible? How?
