  1. well get into your back bridge n get your feet as close as possible to you hands and you have to keep on trying to flip your legs up and kick over

and then once you get the hang off that try doing it over and over again in rows non-stop!

  2. i guess just lots of practice...i used to take gymnastics when i was little and i was so jealous of all the girls in my class who used to be able to do them.  so recently i decided i wanted to do one randomly lol...but anyways just try doing lots of bridges or whatever those things are called...then just practice by stretching too then when your ready try one by using a wall like use you hand to walk down the wall. but put a pillow under you in case you might fall. trust me it hurt lol...hope you get it

    Good luck!  ( =

  3. very very slowly...this could mean a lifetime of pain and agony..

having a spotter helps doing it alot faster  and is alot safer. front roll, cart wheel,  handstands are the best way to start and practicing in swallow water provides alot of cushion gl =) look for websites there are videos as well on miro or youtube

  4. first of all do you know how to do a kick over. if you dont u go into a bridge and the leg thats out when u start your backwalk over is the leading leg. If you brigde u want to maybe even rock ur body back and forth for momentum and kick that leading leg over. Once you have a kick over then your back walkover should just come. However if you do have a kickover then when you try the actual backwalk over make sure your leading leg alwasy stays in front and then keep your body going through the backwalkover motion. Its alot hard if u stop and from the bridge trying to kick over. Itll just take time. You can even research on yahoo or google drills to learn a backwalkover. Hope this helps you and good luck
