Hey, I'm a soccer player, swimmer, and a bit of a runner, but I would love to know how to to flips like gymnasts and martial arts ppl. I wanna just know how, and maybe I can try it (safely, with a mat, and a helper). I'd love to know how to flip. if any gymnasts or martial arts ppl could tell me how to front flip, back flip, etc., i'd love to know.
