How to do really cool card tricks? i want to show my friends?

I want to know how to do really cool card tricks. Ones that dont involve trick decks. Something really amazing. You can photo copy a page out of a card trick book. or tell me websites. Or videos. Thanks,

here's one!

you lay out your cards and ask one person to pick a card then tell them to show it to everyone else. while they show every one count nine cards and tell then to put it right there.

then fake shuffle (don't shuffle where you put your card) then grab one card at a time from the top of the deck untill you did your nineth card....then secretly hide the tenth card at the bottom. Then say to hold the cards very lightly....then you slap them! the last card should still be in their hand and it will be their card!!!!
