How to do some exercisese

ok I'm 18 and a couched potato i have NO hobby's whatsoever - i am not over weight but i know i don't get enough exercise and I'm feeling a little low because of it , i want to get FIT!!!

my question is can you recommend some form of exercises weather it be sport or lifting or just walking - anything because i have to get more fit

  1. bike riding--you'll get fit, have fun, meet folks, save gas and discover new places.


  2. I would try a combination of jogging and biking.  I do both and they work wonders for me!
