How to do the middle split and the side splits?

I have been stretching a lot lately but I still can not do it

  1. You want do do lunges. Look up split exercises on youtube and follow those instructions. Good Luck!!


  2. You need to stretch everyday. You can use furniture at home to help you to train.

    1. for middle splits using right leg (it's easier to do with right leg first if you are right footed). Prop your right leg on the back rest of a chair. Make sure that your body faces the direction of your right leg. Then start bending your body towards it. If you don't feel some pain or your leg being stretched, you need something that is higher or simply stack another chair on the first one. Move on to higher furniture.. :)

    2. for side splits using right leg.. follow the same thing.. but your body should not be facing your leg this time. it should be perpendicular to the body. and slowy move your right shoulder towards your right leg.

    The same goes for splits using left leg.

    Tested and proven because managed to do this in 9 months. I am a dancer and gymnast. I use this method to train my juniors too.  

  3. it takes years

    just stretch like you usaully do, then go do something else active like jogging then go into the splits again. stretch EVERYDAY or you'll lose them.
