If I were to (hypothetically of course...) simply force myself all the way down, in watever way that could be done, how excessive would the pain be and how long would it linger? Mind you, the immediate pain is less of a factor for me than the pain afterward. I'm studying online courses for Wushu and Muay-Thai before I indulge in actual classes and as you probably know if I were more limber it would make the process alot easier for me.
