I think your talking about the teased one?

Anyway tease your hair scrunch your hair with gel or moose then put it in side pig-tails tease some more. Then ad whatever you want to your hair! You can get clip in extensions like a blue or black or pink!

erm no .

the actor is my nice.

i was with her when she had it done.

you put lots of hair spray and mouse in your hair.

wet it with a shower .(but not too much)

then you put it up into two high pigy tales.

then you scrunch it up with more hair spray.

and then dry it with a hair-dryer

than go over it with a last coat of hair spray

so that it stays.

also you could add thin strips of purple or red

(washout or permenent) hair die.
