How to do this nba 2k8 post move first one gets 10 points?

Question

ok i was recently playing nba 2k8 on xbox live when i versed a guy who was using the phoenix suns. He did this cool post up dunk move with shaq all the time. Like literally shaq when posting up, he suddenly would run to the basket and do a quick 1 handed dunk.

I'm not sure if this is coincidence because he did this all the time. So please tell me how to do this post up move.

He didn't spin shaq just automatically attacked the basket when he was posting

before you go onto your post press Triangle then quickly shoot. or do it with the post first then quickly shoot.

Use the button to back the player down and then use the spin move to spin past him and Dunk!
