Question:

How to do this without gaining weight?

The past few days i've been sick and havent been able to eat much, however i have eaten, maybe 300 calories a day. since ive lost weight, i know that when i start eating normally again, it will just come back plus more. is there anyway to eat now and not gain weight back?

  1. Learn more about what your body needs and plan your diet accordingly. To loss weight, you will need to expense more calories than you take in.

    By careful planning your diet, you will be able to have a lifestyle change and this will lead to long term weight loss( which is what you want!).

  2. If you stick with a 1200-1500 calories diet and exercise 30-60 minutes a day (like a brisk walk) you will lose weight but still be healthy. Also anytime you get hungry consume free veggies (carrots, celery, green beans, spinach, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc)

  3. Yes, just try to eat in moderation. Meaning, instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 6 smaller meals. For me, i'll eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning with a bottle of water. about 2 hours later, i'll have maybe a banana with a cup of yogurt. then about 2 more hours later i'll have a salad.then a couple of hours later i'll maybe eat some more fruit. then for dinner i will have grilled chicken breast with a green veggie and little starch. just eat healthier and try not to eat past a certain time, maybe after 8.  

  4. Keep moderating what you eat and how much as well as start increasing your exercise program, especially cardio.
