How to do visa to travel to France?

I have Vietnam passport. Now, I'm studying as a full - time student at college in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I want to travel to Paris for 1 month. I want to ask that can I do the travel visa to France in Montreal and how to do it?

As a Vietnamese national you must apply for a short stay visa to the French consulate.
