How to do yahoo answers?

how do you rate best answers and close questions and put like the askers comment on a questions.

After 4 hours, the blue bar will come up on the answers that will say ‘Choose as best answer’.  

Click on the answer you think is the best (helped you the most or you liked the most). Then rate it (1 being the worst, 5 being the best) and then comment, if you want to.

If you take no action and the question expires, it automatically goes to a vote.
