How to do your makeup?

Well I'm thirteen years old and I really haven't started using makeup yet. I know what everything is called and where everything goes on my face, lol... but I don't know how much to put on or anything like that. I just need some pretty general help. Plus what color eye shadow should I use.. I have pretty tan skin with brown eyes and brown hair. Thankss

What i usually do to get ready is a powder foundation and blush, i don't like the other liquid type foundation it made my skin totally break out, so stick with the powder. I love blush, not too much, but just enough to enhance your features. Then add some lip gloss and mascara. If you want to wear eye shadow i would suggest a neutral like brown. Just try experimenting and find a look that you like and is easy but not too made up.
