  1. To dominate you have to be a prolific scorer. It helps even more if you play great defense too. Work hard at your game!

  2. Push it to your limit. Seriously never let down. The harder you work, the better shape you'll be in.

  3. Hey...

You have to push hard. Practice and practice and practice. Then, you'll be a great player and probably dominate. You have to think about the teamt too. Remember, the team's leader give championships to the School and lead them to it. So, you're going to dominate it when you achieve the State Championship ( which is hard). But work hard for it.

Use your handles, shooting ability and your confidence to reach there.

    Thanks

    Eddie!

  4. Well, if you have to ask, you probably are a long way off.  1st, to domintate, you have to be the best.  This sounds easy, but you need to find a way to motivate yourself to be the best.  Think about it, there are 9 other people on the court who want to be the best, too.  They are training and playing everyday.  You need to outpractice these people.  You have to want it more.  You need to run at least 1 mile 3-4 times a week, then do sprints 4-5 times a week.  You need to hit the weight room at least 3-4 times a week.  Do legs, chest, and arms.  You need to do dribbling skills 5-6 days a week.  This is the skill that you gain or lose the fastest, depending on how much you practice it (do pivots, cutbacks, and sprint dribbling with BOTH hands.  I stress BOTH hands.) The way that you dominate is you out-think the other players.  IF he thinks you use your right hand, then you should go to the left.  If you really want to be the best, you have to WANT it, and you will get better.  They key is, don't worry about being the best.  Worry about always getting better.  No matter how good you get, you can always get better.  Even LeBron and Kobe can be better, and they're awesome.  Good luck.  Push yourself.  If your legs and arms aren't sore, you're not doing enough.  It will take time, but if you start doing this now, you'll be better this year, and REALLY good next year.  Do IT!!

  5. Play 2x more aggresive then the rest of the players, and you'll do fine.
