How to dowload a picture from Microsoft Word?

Question

So i have this picture in one of my microsoft word documents that i want to put onto my photobucket. But the problem is i can't figure out how to transfer this picture from my document into my pictures on my computer. So then i can go onto photobucket and upload it!

Anyone know how i can get my picture onto my photobucket? By the way, i don't know how i got this picture onto my computer in the first place, i think i might of scanned it on.

SELECT YOUR PICTURE IN WORD AND COPY AND PASTE IN PAINT PROGRAM. AFTER YOU PASTE PIC YOU HAVE TO SAVE YOUR IMAGE AS A SAVE AS TYPE MPEG. AFTER YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO IT.....ENJOYYYYYYYYYYYY

Generally, if you select the picture in the Word document, then press CTRL/C, Word will copy it to the clipboard.  You can then go into another program and paste it in (often with CTRL/V).
