How to downgrade psp 3.80 OFW?

I have OFW 3.80 and need 3.80m33. But, to be able to update to that i need to get 3.52m33-2 or higher CFW. Can anyone help me get 3.52m33-2 or even better, help me go straight to 3.80 m33?

I have the update files for 3.80m33 already. (Person who helps me gets best answer with 5 stars)

You will have to use Pandora's battery and a magic memory stick.
