I have 4.05 ofw and i don't have a pandora battery or a magic memory stick. I want to download 1.50 firmware without pandora battery or magic memory stick.

Your dreaming..... You have to use a Pandora's battery to put the PSP in Service mode. That's the only way to downgrade or add custom firmware.
