How to download flash player?

i have a computer that i had wiped out and now it will not let me whatch you tube videos because of flash player...but when i try to download flash player it will not let me ...so how can i find a flash player that it will let me

  1. download the standalone flash player here

    For Internet Explorer

    For Firefox

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashp...

    once downloaded, close your browser THEN install flash player
