You cant. uTorrent is for peer-to-peer file sharing, not direct (http) downloads.

Utorrent (actually, that "u" character is "micro") is a program you have to download.  Install that program and it will allow you to start using torrent files.  You can then go to torrent tracking websites such as thepiratebay.org or isohunt.com and download files called "torrents."  These files let you know who else has the file you would like to download, and then it draws on your "peers" on the network to get small pieces of the file from.  The ".torrent" files you download aren't the actual software you want, but it is a link (through your torrent program, like utorrent) to get it from people who do have it.

Please, be careful- although it is an ingenious idea and incredibly useful, some people upload viruses into some of the software.  Not the movies, often, but sometimes the other software or very rare, poorly seeded (or supplied by peers) files.  Also, many sites mimic genuine torrent sites and attempt to either install viruses the traditional way (via browser download) or charge you money for access to something that is inherently free of charge (hence the network is "peer to peer" , and not "business to customer".)  Stick to those two sites I mentioned earlier at first and you should do fine.

As a side note, downloading copyrighted material is illegal in many countries- although it is practically never punished, some people have sentiments about obeying the rules (no matter how unreasonable) put on them by other people.
