How do i get photo shop with out downloading

The only way to get photoshop is to either buy a CD or DVD with the software on it. OR to download the trial from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/

get it shipped or go to a store and buy it.A lot of computer stores sell Adobe photoshop

You may be able to have it shipped to you.  It depends on where you live, though.
