I am being billed by a small town for cutting my grass, in which they cut the land next to my house. I went to South Carolina to deed office to prove that it was my land.I got a map of my land. I feel they should pay for all my travel fee's.How should I write the letter and if they don't pay for my trip.how do I sue them.

  1. You would be wasting your time & money.

  2. You'll want a lawyer familiar w/ local laws 2 draft that letter because U can B sure THEY'LL have 1 read it !!! - they may not B liable 4 your "trip"

  3. Why do you feel it was unnecessary?  Probably they did it because it was breaking local codes.  Rather than driving all over town trying to sue them for doing something that they're probably in the right to do, hire the neighbor kid to come mow your lawn from time-to-time.
