How to draw the hybridization of ICL2-??

Now,I have tried to figured out the electron configuration of iodine but I was confused to draw the orbital plus I was 'uneasy' with the charge given and so I have no idea what the shape will look like.I understand we cannot draw it here but please give me some headline on how to solve this and I will find my way on how to draw it.Thank you :)

    it is linear for the molecular geometry, having all 3 non bonded electron pairs @ the equatorial
