How to dressing a chocolate pudding??

on 30th August 2008, my organization want to make a mini party. And I'm going to give a surprise with a chocolate pudding. I hope you can give the best suggestion.. PLEASE...

Hello sindy p,

There are lots of things you could use to garnish your chocolate pudding. I would probably go with either chocolate curls and whipped cream or grated chocolate over the whipped cream.

You could even add a strawberry or fresh red raspberries to that depending on the amount of time and effort you want to put into it.

A hot chocolate pudding? Then simply sift some icing sugar on top.

A cold chocolate pudding? Rich Chocolate sauce, simply made by mixing a block of chocolate and some thickened cream melted together. Or decorate it with patterns of whipped cream and chocolate flakes.

a few ideas:

mini chocolate kisses a few on top of each

chocolate shavings

crushed peppermints

chocolate sprinkles

whip cream & choc. shavings

half cup icing sugar, half cup cocoa powder, a few drops of water.  Mix every thing together and used it to cover cakes etc.
