How to drift in Gran Turismo 4?

tap the e-brake/handbrake and you can drift. dont hold it too long or you will lose control

well since its a simulator of real driving so check out You-Tube and search "how to drift". What I do in racing games is tap the brake a little drive deep into the corner and hit the handbrake. It also depends on the car . Use a Dodge Viper or a Ford Mustang. These cars have tons of  over-steer(when the back tires spin so much that the back of the car slides automatically).
