I have a provisional driver's license in California. and it has two restrictions. One, i can't drive passengers under 18, two, i can't drive after 11pm. I just got a job that requires me to drive home after 11 pm. How can i bypass that rule and be able to legally drive after 11pm in California

  1. Here in Michigan, there are exceptions to that rule, one of them being if your job requires it.

  2. There are exemptions to the provisional driver's license. This is what the California DMV website says:

Employment necessity and the need to operate a vehicle as part of your employment. The note must be signed by your employer verifying employment.

Just get a note from your boss saying that you need the job and you have to drive yourself to it. Good luck

  3. dont get caught

like dont give the cops a reason to pull you over like speeding or something, im sure they arent specifically looking for you

  4. Employment necessity and the need to operate a vehicle as part of your employment. The note must be signed by your employer verifying employment.
