How to dry a tree which is harmful to human being?

infront of my house there is tree which is making difficulty to me.. that is owned by my neighbour.. i asked him cut-off it. he didnt. now i want to dry it is there any good way , or easy idea or any chemical ?

Any actions you might be thinking of doing are very likely ILLEGAL, and you could be sued in a court of law...You don't say what kind of problems the tree is causing...Is the problem just a few leaves in the fall(boo hoo)maybe some kind of seed/fruit(again boo hoo)...But if say the root system is cracking your foundation...You might want to consider legal action...Your Township, should have a mediator that might be able to help you, but again you won't get much help just because YOU don't like the tree or your neighbour...But if you have a legitimate complaint you might get some help that way...

But as I have said...You have NO legal standing to kill the tree...And even if you spray only the part on your property that is STILL illegal and you can(and should)be sued in a court of law...

I know this is not what you want to hear-but it is the truth...The action you are considering now is ILLEGAL and you could(and should)be sued in a court of law...
